Residence La Meridiana

The Mediterranean-style Residence La Meridiana is located in a quiet part of San Bartolomeo, about 750 m from the beach and 500 m from the town centre. The terraced villas have a balcony, terrace or private garden and are partly renovated.
The residence has a reception, swimming pool for adults with sunbeds and parasols (must cross the street, caps compulsory, open from approx. June to September, charges apply), tennis court, bar, restaurant (approx. 400 m), garden, playground, bike rental, laundry service for tokens, parking/garages for a fee. The apartments are equipped with bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
On request and for a fee of 36€/week, it is possible to stay with a small dog.
The price does not include energy consumption, which consists of gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, air conditioning and final cleaning. This fee is also mandatory for stays shorter than one week. The price is around 25 €/person/week. Cleaning of the kitchen area is the responsibility of the clients, otherwise a fee is charged.
