How to Do Your Booking?

1. Tentative Reservation (Option)
To make a tentative (preliminary) reservation, click the price next to your selected accommodation type and date – if it is green, your tentative reservation will be confirmed automatically and the apartment / hotel will be tentatively booked under your name till the date specified as the option expiry (usually 24 hours; for last-minute offers, only a few hours). For dates marked in orange, we have to check with our Italian partners whether the accommodation is available first – in the meantime, the option will be marked as claimed. It usually only takes several minutes to check the availability (except for the time from 12 to 4 p.m., the noon siesta when Italians rest). If the requested accommodation is available, your reservation will be confirmed with the option expiry date specified; otherwise your tentative reservation will be rejected. If you fail to confirm your option before its expiry date, it will be automatically cancelled.

2. Reservation
Now your reservation is binding – you have confirmed your tentative reservation and made the payment before the expiry date. The expiry date is the same as the expiry date of the reservation. From reservation details, you may print your tourist travel contract, which also includes bank connections, etc.

3. Payment
You can make your payment to any of the accounts specified in your contract or in our reservation system. For faster payments, please try to use our account kept with the same bank as your account. Payments made within the same bank are usually carried to accounts online or at the following night, while transfers from one bank to another may take up to 3 work days. Alternatively, you may use your payment card – such payments are carried to accounts instantly. The standard procedure is the following: 30 % of the total price to be paid upon reservation, the rest no later than 35 days before check-in. If you book your stay less than 35 days before check-in, then the whole amount is payable upon reservation. If you are not sure that your payment will arrive in time, please email us a confirmation of the payment made. A delayed payment may cancel your stay!

4. Accommodation Voucher and Travel Instructions
Your accommodation voucher and travel instructions including the recommended route, motorway tolls, and a map will be made available automatically in the reservation details section of our reservation system about 7-10 days before your check-in. If you need this information earlier (you have another trip planned for the week before check-in, etc.), just email us.

5. Check-in
When you arrive, please check in at our partner agency / at the hotel during specified hours (usually between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. for apartments, and after 2 p.m. for hotels), present your voucher, pay the deposit (apartments only) and any other fees, and you will receive the keys to your apartment / room. In resorts where we have no representatives, you have to deal with our partner agencies directly, but our assistance line is available (operating on the day of your check-in from 10 a.m. till 7 p.m.).

6. Cancelling Your Reservation
You can only cancel your confirmed reservation in writing and there will be a cancellation fee as per General Terms and Conditions.
