Prices, Fees, Discounts
a) There are two types of prices in the price list - for apartments and hotels.
In the case of apartments, the price is always stated for the whole apartment for a certain number of people (this number stated in the typology of individual apartments cannot be exceeded - children are included in the total number of people). Any accommodation for a child under 2 years of age over the permitted number of people must be requested when booking (and is subject to approval by an Italian partner) - the fee for this service is CZK 1,000.
For hotels, the price is always per person in a double room with selected meals.
Unless otherwise stated, stays are always weekly. On request, it is possible to adjust the date according to the client's requirements in some marginal terms.
b) for most apartments it is necessary to take into account the deposit on arrival and for some also a mandatory fee for cleaning, club card, energy consumption. These fees are always listed in the price list below the price table.
c) surcharges, which are stated in the price list in euros, are paid on the spot, surcharges stated in crowns already when booking in CA / CK.
d) discounts, except for discounts for early booking, are listed for individual capacities in the price list table. These discounts can be added together with the early booking discount.
Children's discounts apply only in hotels and only if the child is accommodated with two paying persons. In most hotels, children under 2 years stay free of charge, without the right to food and bed.
Individual Requirements
The allocation of specific apartments and rooms is always decided by the foreign accommodation provider. They usually try to meet the specific requirements of the client. However, these requirements, which must be stated in the Travel Certificate, cannot be claimed. Only requests that are subject to a surcharge can be guaranteed.
If an optional service is available, such as air conditioning, extra bed, cot, reserved parking space, etc., it is necessary to request these services when requesting a reservation! Subsequent requests for these services can no longer be confirmed.
Bus transportation
Transport by bus is non-stop, only with the necessary medical breaks after about 4 hours of driving. Due to the fact that departures are provided from various boarding points throughout the country, it is possible to compile the main bus route only after the registration of all participants, which due to the fact that the sale takes place until the last day, may be only a few days before departure. Transportation from some boarding points can be solved by a so-called pick-up (car, minibus) depending on the number of clients. Bus rides are organized with a minimum number of 6 people. If the min. number of 6 people, the place of departure may be moved or the bus ticket may be reimbursed to clients from the original to the new place of departure. Transportation is carried out only to the resort, not directly in front of the accommodation.
Buses are not local, seats are allocated according to the order in which clients log in and taking into account any individual requirements. All seats are occupied in the bus, ie. even the last row, unfortunately the requirements for a separate two-seater cannot be met. The client is obliged to arrive at the place of departure at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure of the bus, in case the client does not arrive on time, the travel agency Italieonline is not responsible for any damage.
Due to unforeseen events (traffic jams, weather changes, technical problems), driving time may be extended. Therefore, the first and last day is intended for transport, not for recreation itself. We hereby draw your attention to the possibility of delays and we are not liable for any damage that may occur to passengers as a result. In this case, the passenger does not have the right to withdraw from the contract, or entitlement to compensation. Clients will receive information about the exact time of return departure either from the delegate / assistant on site or in the form of an SMS to the mobile phone specified in the contract, always on the day of departure to the Czech Republic.
Air Travel
Air transport is carried out in the form of a charter or regular flights. Due to the daily occupancy of air routes, charter flights usually take place at night. In the travel instructions that the client receives before departure, it is necessary to understand the stated time as indicative, as the departure time may be due to crowded air corridors, adverse weather conditions or other serious changes. In the case of night flights, the total number of days of the trip may be shortened, but without affecting the reduction of paid services. When arranging air transport, the first and last day of the trip is intended for transport. The customer is acquainted with and agrees with the fact that due to the possible shift of departure and arrival time, catering services on the arrival and departure day can be solved in the form of a so-called package.
Luggage
Due to the fact that the size of the luggage compartment of the bus is limited and the buses cannot be overloaded for safety reasons, the maximum permitted luggage weight is 20 kg. Bags and backpacks are unsuitable for transport, we recommend using suitcases. Excess baggage (water bottles, beer cartons, etc.) cannot be transported. Pets are also excluded from the transport.
Start and End of Stay
The basic accommodation unit is a week, the arrival day in Italy is Saturday (unless otherwise stated). Arrival to the accommodation is officially always in the afternoon (at the earliest at 4 pm), handover of the rooms / apartments on the day of departure by max. 9 am (according to the local accommodation regulations). Early arrival or late departure does not entitle you to longer use of the accommodation. In case of late arrival outside the agency's opening hours, it is necessary to notify the service in advance on the contact line, which, however, is not responsible for any non-provision of services by a foreign partner. We recommend clients with their own transport to plan their arrival at the accommodation with sufficient time reserve and we point out the frequent (several hours) traffic delays on the roads, especially during the main holidays (July-August).
Throughout the Mediterranean, there is a siesta time from approx. 12.00 to 16.00. At this time, agencies, shops and banks tend to be closed. Accommodation is based on the presentation of an accommodation voucher - voucher, which lists the paid services and travel documents. We send vouchers exclusively in electronic form.
In addition, a refundable security deposit (deposit for any damages in the apartment) is required for the apartments, which will be refunded on the day of departure. The deposit is mandatory upon arrival against the handing over of the apartment keys. The deposit is valid for the whole family. In case of accommodation of groups that are not family, the landlord may require an increased deposit of up to 500 EUR / apartment.
Rules and Policies
During their stay, clients are required to comply with internal rules and respect local and general standards regarding public peace and order. During the stay, the night quiet given by the internal rules of the agency / hotel is observed, in most cases from 22.00 to 07.00 and also during the siesta about 12.00 - 16.00. We draw your attention to the fact that in the event of a breach of calm, the police may be called and a disciplinary fine may be imposed. It is forbidden to hang towels, blankets and any linen over the balcony railing.
Apartments
The apartments meet all Italian standards and requirements for simple holiday accommodation and are always equipped as described. In most cases, they are simply and efficiently equipped with basic furniture and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove and common utensils, and of course a bathroom with toilet. The equipment of a particular apartment may not be identical to the illustrations in the catalog, because each apartment is equipped according to the taste of its owner and very often each apartment in the same house is furnished differently. A microwave and kettle (unless otherwise stated) are not standard in the apartments. In most cases, they are not equipped with bed linen, towels, tea towels, cleaning products (spring, dish sponge, etc.), matches and toiletries - these must be brought on your own (unless otherwise stated for a particular accommodation).
The designation of the apartments is as follows: mono (studio) - living room with kitchenette and beds, bilo - living room with kitchenette and separate bedroom, trilo - living room with kitchenette and two separate bedrooms, quadri - living room with kitchenette and three separate bedroom. The distribution of beds may not always correspond exactly to the description, and beds in the living room are in most cases a sofa bed (armchair or sofa) and at the expense of space in the living room. If you prefer more space, we recommend requesting a larger apartment.
The apartments must be handed over on departure in the same condition in which they were taken over. Ie. clean and tidy. Even if final cleaning is included, the client is obliged to clean the kitchenette, defrost and wash the refrigerator, wash the dishes and take out the garbage. If the apartment is not cleaned sufficiently, the local agency can deduct the cleaning fee from the deposit. In this case, it is necessary to deal with the deposit, its use or return on the spot with the agency that handled the deposit, not with CK Italieonline.
Hotels
Hotels and the services they provide correspond to their category. Each country has its own categorization of accommodation and may differ from each other. Hotels of category 1 * and 2 * are intended for not very demanding clients, 3 * lower medium standard. For more demanding clients, we recommend booking at least a 4 * hotel.
The rooms are double as standard, any extra beds do not have to be in the form of a full bed, but for example a sofa bed or sofa, or a bunk bed. Adding extra beds is always at the expense of space in the room. If you prefer more space, we recommend requesting so-called connecting rooms - two rooms with shared bathroom facilities. Single rooms are usually smaller
Swimming Pool
The pools are generally open mostly from mid-June to mid-September. The exact start and end of the operation is decided by the landlord based on occupancy and weather and can therefore not be guaranteed in the off-season (July-August).
During the siesta (approx. 12.00 - 16.00) the pools are usually closed. According to Italian hygiene regulations, a swimming cap is required when using the pool, which can usually be purchased directly at the pool or at the reception. Clients staying in apartments and hotels without a pool are not allowed to use the pool at another building.
Beaches and Beach Service
In Italy, most beaches are paid (with beach service), a smaller part is free, in some hotels the beach is private, only for hotel guests. Prices for renting a beach service vary according to location and date and can range from about 5-20 EUR / day / set (2 chairs / sunbeds and parasol). Usually, it is more financialy advantageous to make a reservation of a beach service for the duration of your stay.
Distances from the beach are meant by air, given according to data from foreign partners and are for guidance only. The specific location of the accommodation facility is displayed in the catalog (Google maps) and we recommend clients to get acquainted with it.
If the price includes beach service, it is always only one set, ie 1 umbrella + 2 chairs / loungers (unless otherwise stated). This also applies to apartments with a larger number of beds. Other beach services can usually be booked in a travel agency or purchased on site.
Pets and Other Animals
For individual accommodation capacities, we state whether it is possible to stay with animals. If clients travel with a pet, it is necessary to report this when booking at the travel agency. Animals must carry a vaccination card. Pets are not allowed on the private beaches, they can only go to the sea on free or specially designated beaches. In residences and hotels, they must move only outside the common areas (not even to the pool), on a leash and must not disturb or annoy other guests.
Internet
In general, the internet connection in holiday resorts in Italy is not as good as we are used to from our homes. If the offer of free internet connection is advertised within the accommodation facility, it should be taken into account that due to lower connectivity and a large number of connected holidaymakers at one time (typically in the afternoon after returning from the beach), the internet connection may drop out.
Internet connection is provided free of charge in addition to the usual services and is intended only for occasional checking of emails or browsing of websites. In no case is it possible to use it for streaming video, video conferencing and other data-intensive applications.
If you need a reliable internet connection during your holiday, ask the hotel / agency reception about paid internet access.
Delegate or assitence in czech language
Not all accomodation facilities have a Czech-speaking delegate or assistant. In a place where he is not present, clients communicate directly with representatives of a partner agency or hotel. Local staff speak Italian and mostly English or German. Along with the check-in, the client will also receive a contact number for the Czech-speaking operator, whom he can contact in case of a communication problem or in more complex cases.
Travel documents
Pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 444/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Act No. 197/2010 Coll., The registration of children in their parents' travel documents ended on 1 July 2011. The entries of children in the travel documents of the parents are valid only until June 26, 2012, after this date the children will be able to travel only with their own travel document. This measure also applies to the registration of children on their parents' ID cards. However, the expiry of the registration of children in the parents 'travel documents does not end the validity of the parents' travel documents.
General information, theft
Water is almost always drinkable, but is usually not used for direct consumption. We recommend buying bottled water. The sockets in Italy are mostly on a thin fork, for the EU it is necessary to buy a reduction (for about 2-4 EUR).
Do not leave any valuables in the apartments and rooms, use safes where possible. Apartments and hotel rooms are not intended or adapted for the safekeeping of funds or valuables. Use the safe at the hotel or agency reception to store cash or valuables. When leaving, close the windows and balcony doors, or even close the blinds. Do not leave the balcony door open at night, always close the blinds.
In southern countries, crawling or stinging insects (ants, beetles, cockroaches, mosquitoes) can occur. Therefore, take repellent products with you. Drawer fixtures are also suitable. In case of crawling insects in the apartment or hotel room, contact the reception or the agency to ensure disinsection.
