Residence dei Fiori is a typical Mediterranean-style residential complex set in a quiet, panoramic location approximately 900 metres from the beach in Pietra Ligure
In the residence, guests have at their disposal a reception with bar, lounge with maxi TV, Wifi, two lifts, bike room, spacious numbered parking (not guarded) - free 1 space for each apartment (possible 2.car for 6 €/day, only until occupied), garage for 60 €/week, children's playground, ping pong, bike rental, laundry room (free iron, 5 €/1 washing, 5 €/1 drying), garden and swimming pool 15x7 m with sunbeds (free, limited number), small spa and fitness room (for adults only, until capacity is reached). Free shuttle service to the beach and historic centre available at set times.
The apartments are equipped with bathroom with hairdryer, kitchenette, Led TV Sat, microwave, safe, air conditioning and balcony/terrace/front garden
Air conditioning is charged according to actual consumption i.e. 0,50 €/Kwh.
