What is included in the technical assistance insurance?
During your holiday or even during your stay/trip, all sorts of inconveniences or accidents can happen - you get a flat tyre and the bolts won't loosen, you accidentally fill up with the wrong fuel or you run out of fuel. To make sure you enjoy your holiday with our travel agency as much as possible, you can subscribe to our assistance service, which will provide you with the following services free of charge if necessary:
- assistance to the vehicle, repair and towing to the nearest garage
- arranging and paying for the accommodation of the occupants of the disabled vehicle
- if the vehicle cannot be repaired quickly, arranging and paying for alternative transport for passengers to their destination or place of residence
- in the event that the vehicle cannot be repaired, arranging for the vehicle to be towed to the place of residence
- the cost of the taxi vehicle and telephone
- hire of a replacement
- a new tyre
- storage and security of the vehicle
The insurance protects you in the event of the vehicle being disabled due to an accident, breakdown and driver error (flat battery, flat tyre, loss of vehicle keys, keys slammed in the vehicle or fuel exhaustion or substitution) or vehicle theft. In such cases, the 24-hour assistance line can arrange help to repair or tow the car, arrange overnight accommodation or pay for transport to your destination or home.

Validity, renewal and cost of insurance
The insurance starts on the date specified in the travel contract, always at 0:00 on the day of commencement, and ends on the last day at 23:59. If the travel contract is cancelled, this technical assistance insurance is automatically cancelled. For insurance, you must provide the registration number of the vehicle you will be using for your holiday - we will request this information from you approximately 14 days before the start of your stay.
