Residence Pian dei Boschi is located in a quiet area, approximately 700 metres from the sandy beach. The residence is surrounded by greenery and is therefore suitable not only for nature lovers. The centre is approximately 1 km from the residence. The accommodation is suitable both for clients who want to relax and for families with children. There is a playground for children.
Clients can use the restaurant and pizzeria, bar, swimming pool, fitness area, garden and sun terrace with sun loungers. There is also a reception, lift, TV room, laundry, tennis court, table tennis, animation programme and Wi-Fi at the reception and at the bar. Guests have one parking space at their disposal. A baby cot can be rented for a fee of 26€/stay.
The apartments are equipped with telephone, safe, satellite TV, fridge and gas stove. Air conditioning is only on request. The beach shuttle is free of charge. Beach service is available for a fee (reservation in advance is recommended). Small dogs are allowed on request for a fee of € 50 per stay.
A refundable deposit of € 200 is accepted in cash only. Final cleaning is the responsibility of the clients, otherwise a fee is payable (40-60 € depending on the size of the apartment). The price includes energy consumption, bed linen and towels.
