The extensive Tuscan estate of Fattoria San Lorenzo is set on its own 450 hectares of land, about 3 km from the centre of Grosseto and 7 km from the coast.
Accommodation in 38 apartments housed in three restored historic buildings (Le Capanne, Livia and Pozzino) offers guests the opportunity to relax and stay in the countryside. Le Capanne is located about 2 km from the Livia building and there are 13 standard apartments. Livia is the main building where the 17 apartments, the reception and the restaurant "Casa Livia" are located. The last building is Pozzino with 10 apartments located about 1.5 km from Livia.
The apartments are comfortably and tastefully furnished, with TV, air conditioning/heating, hairdryer, kitchenette with microwave and dishwasher, bathroom. There are three swimming pools (at least one open from 15/5 to 30/10), free wifi, bar, restaurant, outside barbecue area, free public laundry and parking. Dogs are allowed at an extra cost of € 6/day (to be specified when booking).
New for 2022: tennis court in the Livia area (for a fee of approx. 15 €/hour), equipment rental or lessons with a coach.
Beach - Clients have the option of booking beach service with the advantage of choosing the best umbrellas, guaranteed parking space and discounted prices on the beach in the Principina Mare area (approx. 7 km from the residence).

Cítili sme sa veľmi dobre, v rezorte pracuje špičkový personál, bolo tam čisto, príjemne...jediná nevýhoda bolo obrovské množstvo komárov vo večerných hodinách.
Position:
Super poloha, blízko od mesta a aj od pláže.
Staff:
Personál bol veľmi profesionálny, milý a vždy ochotný poradiť a pomôcť.
Jen dvě nepříjemnosti, které nám bohužel zkazily celkový perfektní dojem z místa pobytu. Každodenní nepříjemný zápach, který byl nejintenzivněji cítit hlavně po ránu, ale i v průběhu dne a nejspíše s tím spojená hejna velmi otravných much, která nedovolovala klidný odpočinek a relaxaci ve venkovních prostorách zařízení a u bazénu. Nejprve jsme měli za to, že je to z důvodu hnojení okolních polí, ale nikdy jsme si žádné mechanizace na polích nevšimli a naopak jsme zaregistrovali nějaké zařízení ve vzdálenosti cca. do 200 metrů od rezidence, který bylo schováno za stromy a nebylo na něj z rezidence vidět, a které připomínalo svým vzhledem snad kompostárnu nebo bioplynovou stanici nebo něco podobného. Kvůli těmto nepříjemnostem bych již na stejné místo nejel, i když vše ostatní bylo perfektní, protože na dovolenou odjíždím především za klidným odpočinkem a relaxací a i proto jsem volil toto místo dále od moře.
Position:
Výborná, v dosahu moře pokud máte k dispozici auto a zároveň v dostatečné vzdálenosti od přímořského ruchu pro klidnou dovolenou.
Staff:
Vynikající, velmi ochotná a usměvavá paní, pro kterou nebylo nic problémem.

Krásný bazén, udržovaná zahrada s množstvím stromů, krátce sestřiženou trávou a několika venkovními altány s ratanovým sezením a měkkými sedáky.

Skvělé, myčka nádobí, rychlovarná konvice, kávovar, mikrovlnná trouba, dvě koupelny, tři ložnice, obývací pokoj, satelitní televize, v každém pokoji klimatizace v ceně za ubytování, ložní prádlo, ručníky, které byly v polovině pobytu měněny.
Beach:
Městská pláž velmi dobrá s plážovým servisem za poplatek, udržovaná, na pláži restaurace, sprchy, toalety, převlékárny. V blízkosti bydlení nádherná několika kilometrová přírodní pláž v národním parku Maremma u Alberese.
Sport and entertainment:
Možnost krásných vyjížděk na kole do okolí, plážové sporty na městských plážích.
Board:
Nehodnoceno, měli jsme vlastní stravu. V okolí moře nicméně dostatek restaurací s místní kuchyní.
Boli sme velmi spokojni a isli ny sme znova. Uple splnilo nase predsavy a boli sme milo prekvapeni.
Position:
10 km od plaze, krasne a tiche miesto mimo mesta
Staff:
S personalom sme boli v kontakte hlavne pri ubytovani a odubytovani a boli vsetci velmi mili, ochotni a priatelski

Krasna, udrziavana zahrada, cisty bazen, velmi kludne miesto a velmi pekne vybavene externe priestory s vkusnym ratanovym nabytkom.dostatocne velka terasa (veranda) na spolocne rodinne chvile.

Vybavenie ok, ale je priestor na zlepsenie, trochu neprakticky riesena kuchyna. Aj napriek drobnym nedostatkom hodnotime pozitivne. Dobre sa nam byvalo ;))
