Villa La Quercia is set in green surroundings approximately 800 m from Sassetta and 12 km from Marina di Castagneto and the sea. The renovated villa with 3 apartments (the connection of the apartments Erica and Fresia will create a 4th type Gardenia) offers the possibility to spend a quiet holiday. In the garden, guests can enjoy a seating area with barbecue, wifi, parking space and swimming pool (shared with Villa Il Castagno).
Heating is available for a fee of 2 €/hour in apartments Erica and Fresia, 2,5 €/hour in apartment Dalia.
Mandatory residence tax of approx. 2 €/person/day is payable locally.
The apartments are non-smoking and there is a compulsory waste sorting required, in case of violation the deposit is forfeited.

Living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and TV, kitchenette with dishwasher and washing machine, bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom.
