Residence Ghiacci Vecchi San Vincenzo. Featuring a large garden with apartments, Residence Ghiacci Vecchi offers a peaceful holiday surrounded by the Tuscan countryside. The property is approximately 2 km from the beach and 9 km from San Vincenzo
In the 50,000 m2 complex there are two swimming pools, a restaurant, a playground for young and old, a laundry room for tokens, a spacious car park, a riding arena and tennis courts nearby. Wi-Fi is also available to guests (free, in public areas).
All apartments are comfortably furnished. They have TV and some have air conditioning for a fee of 5-9 €/day (16.06-01.09, payable locally, must be requested when booking). Some are in renovated buildings of the original farmhouse, some in terraced villas

There is a compulsory sojourn tax - approx. 1€/person/day (children under 12 free).
