Villa Il Castagno is located approximately 800 m from the centre of Sassetta and 12 km from Marina di Castagneto Carducci and the sea. Guests can enjoy a garden, a swimming pool shared with the neighbouring villa La Quercia, wifi, barbecue and parking.
Heating is available for a fee of 3,50 €/hour.
The villa is non-smoking and mandatory waste sorting is required, violation of which will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Eight-bed apartment with an area of approximately 160 m2. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dishwasher, living room with 2 double sofa beds, TV, dining room, bathroom with washing machine and veranda. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 sofas, 3 bathrooms and 2 terraces with beautiful views. The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and a sofa and the third bedroom has a double bed and a sofa. There is a gazebo with seating. Possibility of 3 extra beds on request for a fee 88 €/week.

Vzdálenost od moře 12km by pro někoho mohla být problémem ,ale výškový rozdíl 500m dělá ze Sassetty oázu klidu a každý ocení nižší teplotu o 5 C s porovnáním s mořem, hlavně večer.

Absolutně bez problému, ochotný.

Beach:
Majitel a pronájemce je vlastníkem pozemku cca. 50 m od pláže,absolutní soukromí . Pozemek je udržován a vybaven sprchou a osvětlením. Na pozemku je několik stinných zákoutí s posezením a vodou.
Sport and entertainment:
Bazén je u objektu ubytování, čistý a s teplou vodou.
