Nice residence La Meridiana built in Mediterranean style is located in a quiet part of San Bartolomeo, about 900 m from the beach with a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area and 500 m from the center of the town
The residence has an adult swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols (must cross the street, caps compulsory, open from approx. mid-May to end of September), tennis court, bar, garden, reception, parking/garage for a fee. The apartments are equipped with bathroom, kitchenette, TV, free WiFi, air conditioning (chargeable according to actual consumption).
On request and for a fee of 36€/week it is possible to stay with a small dog.
Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the stay - this is paid by the client directly on the spot according to the actual consumption at the rate of 0,50 €/kW (on average approx. 20-30 EUR/week/apt).
ATTENTION: during the summer season 2021, the number of persons at the pool will be limited according to the current measures in connection with covid-19.

Myslim, ze vybaveni pokoju je asi v italskem stylu a normalni, esteticky se mi nelibilo, ale nevadilo mi, nic nechybelo. Velmi jsem ocenila prizemi a zahradu. K mori byla prochazka tak akorat dlouha. Jedine co mi neprislo normalni....jejich siesta, tudiz to na me udelalo dojem, ze Italum nezalezi na tom, aby turiste byli spokojeni a oni aby si vydelali penize. Takze Italii diky sieste uz neminim navstivit a soudim, ze ani nepojedu do Spanelska.
Dekuji vam za vzdy vstricny pristup a ochotu me obslouzit ve vasi kancelari a urcite vas jedine kladne hodnotim.
Preji vam krasne leto a more zakazniku.
