Villaggio Grotta dell´Acqua Peschici. Villaggio Grotta dell'Acqua holiday resort is built right on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Gargano, bordered by a cliff and the old watchtower of Torre di Sfinale. The Villaggio is located between Vieste and Peschici (approx. 11 km) and is named after the cave Grotta dell' Acqua, about 3 km long, near Peschici. It offers accommodation in comfortable bungalows equipped with a covered veranda. There is a bar, restaurant and pizzeria, shop, newsagent, car park, tennis court and football pitch (for a fee), animation (in July and August), children's play area, ping-pong, beach volleyball and token laundry, wifi zone.
Price includes beach service: umbrella + two sun loungers (from 3rd row onwards), 1st and 2nd row at extra cost. If 5 or 6 persons are accommodated in the apartment (to be requested at the time of booking, extra charge), additional beach service must be added for a mandatory fee of 8 - 13 €/day (depending on the season).
The arrival/departure day for Atena apartments is Saturday, for Eolo apartments Sunday.
Small dogs up to 8 kg are allowed on request for a fee of 8 - 15 €/day (depending on the period), not allowed on the beach.
Possibility to buy meals in local restaurant - full board for approx. 40 €/person/day (children 3/8 years 20 €/day), half board 30 €/person/day (children 3/8 years 15 €/day), drinks to be paid separately.
A residence tax has been introduced in this area, it is compulsory to pay on site - in Villaggio Grotta dell'Acqua it is charged approx. 2 €/person/day (children under 11 do not pay the tax).
