The recently built Residence L'Uliveto is set in a spacious garden with Mediterranean vegetation in Mattinata, about 150 metres from the beach. It is mainly intended for a quiet holiday. The apartments are built in a Mediterranean style and are equipped with every comfort. They have private bathroom, air conditioning and an outdoor veranda. Guests can use barbecue, shared washing machine, parking, free wifi.
Possibility of staying with a small dog for a fee of approx. 20 €, to be requested when booking.
