Residence Sfinal enjoys a quiet location in a pine grove on a rocky cliff in Paglianza - Manaccora, approximately 13 km from Peschici and 15 km from Vieste. The sea can be reached by stairs about 150 m, the sandy beach is 1.5 km away and 3 km from the residence (free beach minibus can be used).
For guests there is a reception, a bar, a large garden, a panoramic swimming pool for adults and for children (caps compulsory), a sun terrace, a playground and ping pong, a barbecue area, a parking area, a laundry service for tokens, miniature golf for a fee.
Accommodation with small dogs up to 8 kg allowed for a fee of 6-10 €/day (depending on dates, to be requested at the time of booking).
Price includes beach service - umbrella and two sun loungers (from 3rd row, front seats at extra charge) for each apartment, in case of larger apartments occupied by 5-6 persons it is obligatory to buy an additional set (until 30/6 and from 25/8 for 50 €/week, in the period 30/6-4/8 for 65 €/week and 4/8-25/8 for 75 €/week).
Pool-facing or sea-view apartments can be booked for an extra charge 25 € - 75 €/week, sea-facing (no view) or relaxation area apartments for an extra charge 13 € - 38 €/week (depending on the dates, always to be requested at the time of booking).
A residence tax has been introduced in this location, payable locally - for the Sfinal residence of approx. €1/person/day (from age 11).
