Residence Mediterraneo Grosseto. Built in 2008 right on the beach in Marina di Grosseto, the modern Residence Mediterraneo offers very nicely equipped apartments with air conditioning and all amenities. The residence consists of 70 mono and bilo apartments, 5 of which are specially adapted for wheelchair users. Guests have at their disposal a reception, a lounge with TV and a lift. A garage can be arranged on request (for a fee of 7 - 15 €/day) or can be parked in a public car park about 200 m from the residence
In the surrounding area there are restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bars, mini golf (200 m), horse riding (3 km), tennis courts (500 m), bike rental and other entertainment options. The town centre is about 100 m away.
Possibility of staying with a small dog for a fee of 70 €/week (always to be requested at the time of booking, only a few apartments are possible).

A flat fee of 25 €/person/week is payable locally, which includes energy consumption, bed linen, towels and air conditioning.
Marina di Grosseto has introduced a compulsory residence tax, for this residence it is approx. 1.10 €/person/day (payable locally for a maximum of 7 days, children under 14 free)

Krásné ubytování přímo u pláže a přitom v centru. Byli jsme zde už podruhé a to v roce 2013 a letos.

hotel velmi pěkný

facilities of apartment:
Kuchyň měla jen 2 velké hrnce, mikrovlná trouba k zapůjčení pouze za poplatek. Zbytečně se musel rozpalovat elektr.sporák. A chyběla varná konvice. Plastové židle na balkoně prasklé nebo naprasklé. Stejnou kritiku jsem četla v recenzích 2 roky nazpět.

Pěkné středisko, pro mladé lidi nebo rodiny s dětma. Starší lidé ocení přístup do moře a procházky po pláži.

Position:
výborná, hned u moře a přitom v centru. Díky klimatizaci a tím pádem možnost zavření oken, nebyl slyšet ruch z ulice. Kolem je totiž jedna hospůdka za druhou a každý večer (prostě to je Itálie)v jiné hospůdce hrála skvělá živá muzika. Velká veranda. Kousek od Národního parku, kde jsou vydlážděné cestičky, cyklostezky podél pobřeží a do vnitrozemí.

Staff:
Slečna na recepci mluvila velmi srozumitelně-sice jen italsky a anglicky, ale domluvili jsme se.

Kolem dokola hospůdky, obchůdky. Bohužel jsme netušili, že tam není připojení na internet. Nakonec kousek od hotelu směr k pláži u koně bylo silné připojení BT Nettuno. Večer tam na podstavci sedávalo hodně lidí a vyhledávalo v mobilu, nootbooku apod.

Klasika a pěkná. Škoda, že tam není mikrovlná trouba a varná konvice. Zbytečně se rozpaluje vařič.

Beach:
Pláž pěkná velká, píščitá. Moře na koupání připomínalo spíše druhou stranu Itálie-Jaderské moře, protože 300 metrů po kotníky a pak teprve pozvolna do vody. Ideální pro děti.

Sport and entertainment:
Každá pláž má vybavené dětské hřiště zdarma. Beach kurty na tenis a volejbal-ty jsou placené

Board:
v hospůdkách-skvělá
