Built in 2008 right on the beach in Marina di Grosseto, the modern Residence Mediterraneo offers very nicely equipped apartments with air conditioning and all amenities. The residence consists of 70 mono and bilo apartments, 5 of which are specially adapted for wheelchair users. Guests have at their disposal a reception, a lounge with TV and a lift. A garage can be arranged on request (for a fee of 7 - 15 €/day) or can be parked in a public car park about 200 m from the residence
In the surrounding area there are restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bars, mini golf (200 m), horse riding (3 km), tennis courts (500 m), bike rental and other entertainment options. The town centre is about 100 m away.
Possibility of staying with a small dog for a fee of 70 €/week (always to be requested at the time of booking, only a few apartments are possible).
A flat fee of 25 €/person/week is payable locally, which includes energy consumption, bed linen, towels and air conditioning.
Marina di Grosseto has introduced a compulsory residence tax, for this residence it is approx. 1.10 €/person/day (payable locally for a maximum of 7 days, children under 14 free)
