Villa Pineta Castagneto Carducci - Marina di Castagneto Carducci. Villa Pineta is located in Marina di Castagneto Carducci, approximately 200 metres from the beach. The villa has two floors - on the first floor there is the apartment Azalea with air conditioning (for a fee of 1 €/kW) and an area of approximately 100 m2 + 50 m2 terrace, on the ground floor there are the apartments Bouganville and Camelia with an area of about 50 m2. Each apartment has its own garden, barbecue and parking space. Newly available are the Iris and Azalea apartments with air conditioning (1 €/kW).

Heating available for a fee: 2 €/hour in Camelia and Bougainvillea apartments, 3 €/hour in Azalea and 1 €/KW in Iris apartment.

The apartments are non-smoking and there is a mandatory waste sorting required, in case of violation the deposit is forfeited.

Camelia (bilo):

Double apartment on the ground floor, with the possibility to request extra beds for 2 persons for a fee. Living room with TV and sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchenette, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, double bedroom with cot, bathroom. The door connecting this apartment to the Bouganvillea apartment can also be unlocked by agreement. In the garden there is a gazebo with seating area.

Iris (bilo):

Apartment (45 m2) with air conditioning (extra charge) on the 2nd floor: living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and kitchenette, room with double bed or with 2 beds, bathroom with washing machine, private terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, pergola, grill, parking in the garden.

Bouganvillea (bilo):

Triple apartment on the ground floor, with the possibility to request extra beds for another 3 persons for a fee. Living room with TV and kitchenette, sofa bed for 2 persons and folding couch, dishwasher and coffee machine, bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom, washing machine. The door connecting this apartment to the Camelia apartment can also be unlocked by agreement. In the garden there is a gazebo with seating.

Azalea (quadri):

Eight-bed apartment on the first floor, with the possibility to request extra beds for 2 persons for a fee. Bedroom with double bed and possibility of cot, room with bunk bed, room with double bed and single bed, 2x bathroom, folding chair for 1 person in the corridor. On the terrace there is a gazebo with seating.
