The extensive Tuscan estate of Fattoria San Lorenzo is set on its own 450 hectares of land, about 3 km from the centre of Grosseto and 7 km from the coast.
Accommodation in 38 apartments housed in three restored historic buildings (Le Capanne, Livia and Pozzino) offers guests the opportunity to relax and stay in the countryside. Le Capanne is located about 2 km from the Livia building and there are 13 standard apartments. Livia is the main building where the 17 apartments, the reception and the restaurant "Casa Livia" are located. The last building is Pozzino with 10 apartments located about 1.5 km from Livia.
The apartments are comfortably and tastefully furnished, with TV, air conditioning/heating, hairdryer, kitchenette with microwave and dishwasher, bathroom. There are three swimming pools (at least one open from 15/5 to 30/10), free wifi, bar, restaurant, outside barbecue area, free public laundry and parking. Dogs are allowed at an extra cost of € 6/day (to be specified when booking).
New for 2022: tennis court in the Livia area (for a fee of approx. 15 €/hour), equipment rental or lessons with a coach.
Beach - Clients have the option of booking beach service with the advantage of choosing the best umbrellas, guaranteed parking space and discounted prices on the beach in the Principina Mare area (approx. 7 km from the residence).
