Villa Grazia Caorle - Porto Santa Margherita. Complex of terraced villas Grazia with a large park with two swimming pools (one of which is a children's pool) and a playground at a distance of 500 m from the sea. The villas are simply furnished and each has 2 gardens - in front and behind the villa with parking space for a car, TV, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Air conditioning is available for a fee, to be requested when booking.

For a fee of 40-60 €/week (depending on size) dogs are allowed, must be reported in advance.

on the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa, a garden, on the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a balcony, on the 2nd floor there is a double bedroom, TV, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning (on request at extra charge), parking space, approx. 80 m2.

S dovolenou jsme byli celkově velmi spokojení a určitě všem doporučuji! Místo je určené pro poklidnou dovolenou rodin s dětmi. Od apartmánu je blízko jak k moři tak do centra Porto Santa Margherita.
  • Position:
    Umístění ubytování bylo skvělé. Blízko bazénu a parku pro děti v klidné části města. Cesta k moři 10-15 minut s malými dětmi, takže úplná pohoda.

    Bazén byl skvělý a vždy čistý.
  • facilities of apartment:
    Apartmán byl celkově po rekonstrukci (nábytek nový- Ikea), perfektně vybaven a čistý. Nádobí pro 8 člennou skupinu dostačující. Velké hrnce, pánvičky a veškeré nádobí k dispozici. Funkční mikrovlnná trouba, kávovar součástí vybavení.
  • Beach:
    Dlouhé velké pláže s velmi pozvolným vstupem do moře. Máme rádi menší pláže, ale věděli jsme do čeho jdeme, takže jsme nebyli zklamaní. Pláže ale vždy uklizené.
  • Board:
    Vlastní. Veškeré nádobí k dispozici. Opravdu velmi dobře vybaven apartmán.

Vilku doporučuji pro rodinu, která má ráda klid a nevadí ji delší vzdálenost k moři.

    uvedená vzdálenost k moři neodpovídala 400 m, cesta trvala cca 15-20minut a pro malé dítě jen s kočárkem, ale zase u apartmánu byl klid.
