Residence La Zattera Caorle - Porto Santa Margherita. The La Zattera apartment house with swimming pool is located near the centre of the resort, only about 70 m from the beach. The apartments are simply furnished with TV and terrace, from the upper floors you can see the sea from the balcony, elevator. Each apartment has a reserved parking space. On request, apartments with air conditioning are available for an extra charge (approx. 30 - 60 €/week depending on the type of apartment, must be requested when booking), some with washing machine or awning.

Dog on request for a fee of 30-50 €/week (depending on size).

Wifi available for approx. 30 €/week (max. 25 hours) + 50 € deposit for Hot Spot router (available for rent at local shop).

Apartment type bilo has a living room with a double sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom. facilities and balcony. Compared to the B apartments, these apartments have a better location/view or facilities.

    Výborná poloha, blízko pláže. Do centra pěšky cca 10 minut.
  • Staff:
    Při check-inu je možno se domluvit česky. Každý den perfektně uklizeny společné prostory.

    2x výtah, parkovací místo pro každý apartmán, bazén
  • facilities of apartment:
    Starší, ale dostačující. Indukční varná deska, mikrovlnka, pračka, klimatizace
  • Beach:
    Pláž každý den udržovaná, zaplacený plážový servis (slunečník + křesílko + lehátko), v blízkosti i neplacená pláž
  • Board:
    Vlastní strava, ale v blízkosti možnost si zajít na jídlo nebo si cokoliv koupit.

Vynikajuca a kludna dovolenka, ja hodnotim velmi kladne, idelane pre ludi s malymi detmi a starsich ludi, ostatnym by som doporucila priame centrum Caorle, kde je je blizsie do historickeho centra, pravy nocny ruch, mnozstvo restauracii, barov, obchodikov - toto mi Porto Santa Margharita celkom chybalo, ale nie je problem sa tam dostat autom alebo pravidelne tam chodil aj trajekt.

    Poloha apartmanu bola len par desiatok metrov od plaze, cize uplne top poloha.
  • Staff:
    V agenture takmer vsetci hovorili cesky, takze lahko vybavite vsetko, co potrebujete

    Pri ap. dome sa nachadza bazen, ja som netestovala, ale manzel s dcerou ano a pochvalovali si, voda bola prijemna a cista. Ap. dom je zabezpeceny branou, kazdy apartman mal svoje vyhradene parkovacie miesto.

    Vybavenie apartmanu dostacujuce, dokonca by som povedala, ze mozno aj viac ako sme v IT zvyknuti, v ap. bola napr. pracka, co inde nebyva zvykom, nam nic nechybalo akurat matrace v posteli boli na nas vkus prilis makke a dobre sme sa nevyspali, ostatne vsetko OK
  • Beach:
    Plaz cista, plazovy servis v prvom rade, na plazi v sezone menej ludi, co bolo super, my sme boli s 3-rocnou dcerkou a velmi sme si to na tejto plazi uzili

    Moznosti boli ale my sme nevyuzili

Poměr cena/kvalita byla perfektní. Rádi se vrátíme. Jako druhá nebo třetí dovolená v sezóně ideální.
  • Position:
    Poloha hotelu k pláži je perfektní. Cca 150m chůze. Poloha k centru Porto Santa Margherita je relativně dobrá cca 10 minut chůze - 400m. Kousek od residence je supermarket Alliper - autem jste tam za 5 minut.
  • Staff:
    Každý den paní uklízečka uklízela společné prostory.

    Venku je bazén, vstup pouze v koupaci čepici.
  • facilities of apartment:
    Moc pěkná koupelna s pračkou. Nádobí v kuchyni dostatek. Pohodlné postele. Všude bylo opravdu čisto.

    Pláž perfektní. Pouze soukromá, což nám vyhovuje. O kousek dál free pláž, takže si přijde na své každý.
