Residence Girasole Caorle - Porto Santa Margherita. Residence Girasole is located in a quiet area of Caorle - Porto Santa Margherita, approximately 250 metres from the sandy beach. The apartments are simply furnished and guests have a lift and parking. All apartments have a TV and a balcony. Bed layout may vary from the description.
Dog on request for a fee of approx. 40-60 €/week (depending on size).

    Trošku nám chyběla rychlovarná konvice, ale poradili jsme si jinak. Ostatní vybavení dostačující. Většinu času jsme stejně trávili u moře.

    Pláž písečná, vstup do moře pozvolný, ideální pro děti.
  • Board:
    Vlastní. V kuchyňce základní vybavení pro vaření.

Celkově byla dovolená pěkná.
  • Position:
    Z hlediska klidu, může trochu vadit blízký kostel, kde zvoní i relativně brzy ráno. A na pláž je to trochu dál - je nutno obejít krytý bazén.

    Objekt je dle mého názoru vybaven standardně.

    3 dny jsme nemohli kvůli závadě na vodovodní baterii používat kuchyňský dřez - byli jsme nuceni si nosit vodu z koupelny, což snížuje hodnocení.

Celkový dojem je na 2-, zejména s ohledem na výše popsané skutečnosti. Jednání české pracovnice v místní agentuře bylo velmi vstřícné a korektní.
  • Position:
    V popisu je uvedeno, že pláž je 50 m. To neodpovídá skutečnosti, protože na pláž se musí obcházet ostatní budovy v okolí, takže vzdálenost na pláž je cca 200 - 300 m. Dále se jedná o klidnou část letoviska jen v době, kdy nezvoní zvony u kostela - je velmi blízko rezidence Girasole.

    Vybavení objektu je vyhovující.

    Vybavení pokoje bylo ucházející,až na nedoléhající dveře - díky tomu a silnému větru, se rozbilo (taktéž neutěsněné) sklo ve vnitřních dveřích, které jsem tedy musela zaplatit.
