Residence Garden, which features an elevator, is located in Caorle - Porto Santa Margherita, approximately 300 m from the sandy beach and close to the small town center. The apartments are simply furnished, and guests have access to a swimming pool for adults and a children’s wading pool in the garden. All apartments feature a TV, a spacious balcony, and a reserved parking space. Some apartments offer air conditioning for a fee of approximately 40–60 € per week, depending on the apartment type. The bed configuration may differ from the description.
In Type B (bilo) apartments, dogs are allowed for a fee of 40–60 € (depending on size; must be requested at the time of booking) plus a higher refundable deposit of 300 €, but dogs are not permitted in apartment C-26 (trilo).
Wi-Fi is available for a fee of approximately 30 € per week (max. 25 hours) plus a 50 € deposit for a Hot Spot router (available for rent at a local store).
