Residence Cutter Caorle - Porto Santa Margherita. Residence Cutter is a large apartment house located in Caorle - Porto Santa Margherita, approximately 150 metres from the sandy beach. Guests have access to an elevator, parking space, swimming pool for adults and children. The apartments are simply furnished with TV and balcony, no sea view. Bed layout may vary from the description.

For a fee of 40-60 €/week (depending on size) dogs are allowed, must be reported in advance.

Wifi available for a fee of approx. 30 €/week (max. 25 hrs.) + deposit of 50 € for Hot Spot router (available for rent at local shop).

    Přímo v centru PSM, pár kroků od agentury, restaurací i moře.
  • Staff:
    V agentuře 2 česky mluvící delegátky, vše vždy vyřízeno na výbornou
  • facilities of accommodation (hotel, residence):
    Parkovací místo pod střechou, vstup na čidlo, výtah až na půdu a bazén přímo u vchodu.
  • facilities of apartment:
    V apartmánu je vše pro klidnou dovolenou včetně indukční desky, lednice, mrazáku, konvice, mikrovlnné trouby i pračky.
  • Beach:
    Pláž cca. 150m od apartmánu jak veřejná tak placená. Mimo hlavní sezónu poloprázdná. Moře čisté bez nástrah, pláž vždy uklizená.
  • Sport and entertainment:
    Jogging, cyklistika, vycházky a samozřejmě plavání. Zábava pro méně náročné kousek od apartmánu.
  • Board:
    Výborná pizza za pár eur kousek od apartámu, spousta restaurací, zmrzlina i obchod s čerstvými potravinami.

    V agentuře vše bez problémů, jsou tam i česky hovořící,správce v budově taky ok -dbaji na dodržování domovního řadu.

    Vše ok - výtah ( je trochu užší,s kočárkem jsme vlezli jen tak tak), bazén,každý den uklizeno, parkovací místo.

    Nábytek trochu starší,ale dostačující, pračka, u apartmánu 5bilo dva balkony, indukční deska (všude jinde jsme měli plynový sporák)kuchyň vybavená vším běžným co člověk potřebuje...jediné mínus je sprchový závěs ve sprše,voda je pak po celé koupelně
  • Beach:
    Pláž jsme využívali privátní a není co vytknout .
  • Sport and entertainment:
    Pro děti všude hřiště,večer přímo naproti apartmánu hernicka, dětem jsme brali koloběžky,jezdili na nich po té pěší zóně.

    Večeře jsme chodili do restaurací např. Marina bay,Kuotamare apod.
