The residence consists of 5 buildings (all with ski storage and parking) spread over an area of more than 30,000 m2, surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The ski bus stop is located in front of the residence. The apartments are modern and cosily furnished, all with TV and equipped kitchenette for self-cooking. Covered parking on request for a fee of 40 €/week. Guests of the residence can visit the wellness centre (for a fee) in the Hotel Negritella, 100 m away, with swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath.
