Elegant, fully fenced residence located about 200 m from the beach, from which it is separated by a pine grove. The beach, which offers all services, can be reached by footpath. The shopping centre is approx. 150 m from the residence. The building consists of 3 floors, all floors are accessible by elevator. Garages are available in the basement. Clients can use the swimming pool for adults and children, Wi-Fi in public areas (for a fee) and parking.
The apartments are furnished in a modern and elegant style. They have air conditioning, a microwave, a coffee machine, a safe and a TV.
New: Free linen and towels on arrival (possible replacement during longer stays for a fee), to be requested from the agency on arrival.

Nette Residence in einer ruhigen Seitengasse von Bibione Pineda, die Ausstattung der Zimmer entspricht jedoch zum Teil nicht mehr dem heutigen Lebensstandard.

Das Personal in der Agentur ist äußerst freundlich und spricht perfekt Deutsch.
Fernseher im Zimmer hatte keine deutschsprachigen Fernsehprogramme gespeichert.
Problem wurde in der Agentur gemeldet und ein Besuch des Hausmeisters am selben Tag zugesagt.
Diese wurde nicht eingehalten, der Hausmeister kam erst am nächsten Tag im Laufe des Vormittags.
Er konnte den Fernseher aber auch nicht programmieren, da das Gerät angeblich nicht kompatibel wäre. Er hat den Fernseher abgebaut und später einen anderen Fernseher gebracht. Hausmeister hat leider kein Deutsch gesprochen, auch mit Englisch war keine Kommunikation möglich. Die Reinigung des Zimmers hätte auch gründlicher ausfallen können, zudem war das Zimmer erst 2 Stunden nach dem zugesagten Übergabetermin zu beziehen.

Die Ausstattung der Residence ist gut, gepflegte Gartenanlage, schöner Poolbereich (Wasser zu kalt); ob eine tägliche Poolreinigung erfolgt, konnte ich leider nicht überprüfen. Anlage besitzt eine Tiefgarage mit eigenen Boxen für die KFZ.
Leider halten sich Familien mit Kindern nicht an die Benützungszeiten der Poolanlage, insbesonders die Einhaltung der Mittagsruhe wird nicht eingehalten, leider aber auch nicht kontrolliert.

Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet. In vielen Bereichen wäre eine Verbesserung bzw. Renovierung angebracht; so entspricht die Größe des Fernsehers nicht dem heutigen Standard, die 8 deutschsprachigen Fernsehkanäle haben eine äußerst schlechte Bildqualität (wie in den 50er Jahren). Der Spiegelschrank in beiden Bädern ist auch nicht zeitgemäß, außerdem war 50 % der Lampen defekt (neue Lampen mussten in der Agentur selbst besorgt werden). Die Badlüftung hat sich des öfteren kurzfristig abgeschaltet, ist dann 10 Sekunden gelaufen und hat sich für ein paar Sekunden wieder abgeschaltet. In vielen Bereichen mangelt es an einer regelmäßigen Wartung der Anlagen.
Beach:
Strand sauber und ok, leider sehr oft Nutzung der zugeteilten Schirme durch andere Personen, wenn man nicht gleich in der Früh am Strand ist.
výborné, opravdu ca. 200m od pláže, navíc hned za rohem začínají obchody a restaurace. V noci byla tedy zase šlyšet hudba z nedalekého klubu, ale to trvalo tak do 22-23 hodin

do bazénu jsme se šli vykoupat i v jedenáct večer, nijak zvlášť hlídaný nebyl
kouřit se smí na zahrádkách (balkonech) i u bazénu
jedni starší lidé tam byli ubytovaní i s malým pejskem typu jorkšír

nádobí tak nějak standard na italský způsob - hlavně že je
kdo je zvyklý si dělat domácí mojito, nebo frappé, tak si vemte s sebou velké skleničky
Beach:
nádherná (každý den ráno tam jezdí bagr a traktor uklidit řasy) uklizená, s restaurací, WC na turecký způsob - to není úplně vzor čistoty, ale zase při tom provozu kdo by se divil

docela nás překvapily ceny v restauracích: pizza 10,50; těstoviny jako předkrm (malá porce) 7,-; pivo 0,3l za 6,- €; ostatní jídla běžně kolem 15 €
vyplatilo se zajít na pizzu do kebabárny, taky jsme si tam dali salátovou mísu atd :-)
Összességében remekül éreztük magunkat, a legnagyobb negatívum a szörnyű olajszag volt.
Position:
Maga a szállás remek helyen van, de a szokásos szombati turnusváltás miatti dugó szörnyű.
Staff:
Nem volt személyzet, csak a check-in & check-outnál, a helyi utazási irodában, ahol kedvesek voltak, de sokat kellett várni.

A szállásra megérkezve elképesztő bűzös olajszag fogadott. Elsőre azt gondoltuk, hogy az előző lakó sütött olajban halat az előző este, ami minden bútorba beitta magát. Később aztán kiderült, hogy a légkondiból is ez az olajszag áradt (szóval lehet, hogy már eleve a légkondiból származott). Szerencsére nem kellett a légkondit használnunk, így 1-2 nap alatt kiszellőzött (de ha melegebb lett volna, és légkondiznunk kell, akkor kiköltöztünk volna).
A konyha-nappaliban lévő hűtő annyira zúgott, hogy minden éjszakára ki kellett húzni, hogy a gyerekek aludni tudjanak.

Ha a kérdés arra vonatkozik, hogy az apartmanról előzetesen adott leírás pontos volt-e, akkor igen. Egyszerűen, de árérték-arányban elég jól felszerelt.
Beach:
Szuper strand, játszótér, bár/étterem a szállástól 2 percre.
Sport and entertainment:
Nem nagyon kerestük a lehetőséget, de nem is nagyon jött szembe. A parton jót lehetett kocogni, biciklit lehet bérelni, mást nem próbáltunk.
Board:
A szálláshoz nem tartozott étkezés, de az olasz konyha és kávé kiváló.
