The Condominio Ducale is located in a green area approximately 350 m from the beach, in Bibione - Lido del Sole. Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool for adults and children and numbered parking spaces (mostly outdoor and part under the residence). All apartments are renovated, have TV-Sat, air conditioning, coffee maker, microwave and security door, they can be located in the Ducale area or also in the opposite residence Castello.

Bardzo mała ilość gniazdek elektrycznych - brak jakiegokolwiek gniazdka przy aneksie kuchennym. Tylko 3 gniazdka w living roomie z czego 2 zajęte (pod lodówkę i TV).
Pěkné ubytování v klidné části s bazénem, který je i s brouzdalištěm pro děti. Apartmány pěkné, na pokoji televize, mikrovlnka, velký prostorný balkón. K pláži se jde borovým hájkem, tak ani cesta v největším horku není problém. Kolem jsou obchody, restaurace, k pláži asi 400m.
great location, good apartman;
it would be useful to organize the families with little children next to each other, because they probably make the same daily routine and go to bed before 10 pm while others without children like to be on the balcony much later and that was disturbing for us (we were with little children)

there was friendly and helpful staff in the agency
facilities of accommodation (hotel, residence):
it was ok, the parking under the building is very comfortable
facilities of apartment:
well equiped kitchen, BUT for us the beds were low qulaity, too soft for us; the sofa and the matttresses should be changed for new ones
