Altopiano di Asiago is one of the most important winter resorts in the Italian Alps. It is located in the Veneto region. This area is popular mainly because of its ideal conditions for various winter sports, but also because of its rich history and culture.

Altopiano di Asiago is especially known as a cross-country skiing resort. The area offers more than 500 km of groomed cross-country skiing trails, so it is rightly considered one of the biggest and best places for cross-country skiing in Europe. The trail networks will satisfy both beginners and experienced skiers. Major cross-country skiing races are also held here every year, including the prestigious "Gran Fondo" marathon.

In addition to cross-country skiing, Altopiano di Asiago also offers opportunities for downhill skiing. There are ski slopes in several smaller resorts such as Kaberlaba, Verena and Monte Corno. Although these resorts are not as extensive as some other Italian ski resorts, they offer good conditions for families with children and skiers who prefer quieter and less crowded slopes.for lovers of other winter activities, there are also opportunities for snowboarding, ski mountaineering and even ice skating on natural ice.there are also, of course, ski schools, equipment rental and other services.
