The renovated villa with 3 apartments (the connection of the apartments Erica and Fresia will create a 4th type Gardenia) offers the possibility to spend a quiet holiday. In the garden, guests can enjoy a seating area with barbecue, wifi, parking space and swimming pool (shared with Villa Il Castagno).
Heating is available for a fee of 2 €/hour in apartments Erica and Fresia, 2,5 €/hour in apartment Dalia.
The apartments are non-smoking and there is a compulsory waste sorting required, in case of violation there is a risk of forfeiture of the deposit.
