Le Residenze di Santa Costanza is located in San Vincenzo, about 400 metres from the beach and close to the shopping centre. The resort consists of four buildings (all with lift): Le Dimore, il Lentisco, il Mirto and il Corbezzolo, with a communal garden, parking, coin laundry and outdoor swimming pools.
The apartments are practically furnished, with equipped kitchenette, bathroom, TV, wifi and air conditioning. They can be located on the ground floor with a terrace or on the floors with a balcony (cannot be selected in advance).
Possibility of staying with a small or medium sized dog for a fee of 105 €/week, payable locally, to be requested when booking.
