The very popular Continental Resort is right on a sandy beach in the beautiful Tuscan resort of Tirrenia, around 10 km from Pisa and 80 km from Florence. It belongs to the adjacent Grand Hotel Continental and in the common area there is a lobby with reception, restaurant, gym, token laundry, children's playground, outdoor parking as well as a garage for a fee of €84/week. In the 850 m2 garden there is a children's paddling pool and, above all, an Olympic swimming pool 50 x 20 m with parasols and sun loungers.
In the residence there is a mandatory fee of 40 €/person/week (from 4 years) for energy consumption, bed linen and towels with weekly change, access to the pool, gym and playground, parking space for 1 car to each apartment.
As well as a club card fee of € 37/person/week (from 4 years old), which includes beach service (umbrella and two deck chairs for each apartment) and animation programs for children and adults (in Italian).
Possibility of staying with a small dog (max. 10kg) for a fee of approx. 30 €/week (to be requested at the time of booking, payable locally).
Mandatory sojourn tax of 2,5 €/person/day (max. for the first 5 days of stay) is collected locally.
