It belongs to the adjacent Grand Hotel Continental and the common area has a lobby with reception, restaurant, gym, laundry service, children's playground, outdoor parking as well as a garage for a fee of €84/week. In the 850 m2 garden there is a children's paddling pool and, above all, an Olympic swimming pool 50 x 20 m with parasols and sun loungers
In the residence there is a mandatory fee of 40 €/person/week (from 4 years) for energy consumption, bed linen and towels with weekly change, access to the pool, gym and playground, parking space for 1 car to each apartment. From 13/6 to 5/9 there is a compulsory charge of € 37/person/week for a club card (from 4 years old), which includes beach service (umbrella and two deck chairs for each apartment) and animation programmes for children and adults (in Italian).
Possibility of staying with a small dog for a fee of approx. 30 €/week (to be requested when booking, payable locally).
