Residence Riviera is just 300 metres from the beach and approximately 1.5 km from the centre of Pietra Ligure, 250 metres from shops and restaurants. The residence consists of two buildings - one of them with a lift, for guests there is a lobby with reception and free Wifi, a bar, a breakfast room, laundry service (€3/token), paid parking €35/week, an outdoor children's play area, a garden with sun terrace and from mid-May to the end of September (depending on the weather) there is a 20x7 m swimming pool open, with free umbrellas and sun loungers.
Breakfast can be ordered for a fee of €45/person/week or €7/person/day. Small pets allowed for a fee of 35 €/week or 5 €/day (on request at the time of booking, payable locally).
Deposit is not required. The client is obliged to pay for any damages incurred on the spot.
