Residence Eden is located in Castelnuovo del Garda - Paradiso, about 3 km from the centre of Peschiera del Garda and Lake Garda. It consists of four blocks of two-storey buildings (Camelia, Phoenix, Magnolia and Limoni) set in a large garden with swimming pool
Guests have at their disposal the 1,112 m2 Laguna swimming pool, with a depth of 0.5 - 1.4 m, suitable for children, plus animation programmes (in Italian) in high season.
The apartments are fully furnished, all with private bathroom and kitchenette, have a balcony (for the upstairs apartments) or terrace (for the ground floor apartments), TV and air conditioning in summer.
Residence Eden is part of the large Parc Hotel Paradiso & Golf Resort, which consists of three other hotels/residences and a golf course. Guests can also use the services of the other resorts, such as the swimming pools and wellness centre (for a fee) at the Parc Hotel, the token laundry at the Golf residence (about 800 m), the restaurant and bar or the mini-market, Parc Hotel also offers the possibility to order meals - breakfast for 9 €/person/day or half board for 25 €/person/day.
Accommodation with small dogs (max. 10 kg) allowed, must be requested in advance.
A sojourn tax has been introduced for this resort of approx. 1 €/person/day, payable locally.
