Residence Lido dei Pini Mattinata. The pretty residence Lido dei Pini, consisting of 11 apartments and bungalows, is located in the resort of Mattinata. The complex is directly adjacent to the pebble beach, which is the most beautiful in this area. The apartments and bungalows are equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, air conditioning (on request on booking for a fee of 25 €/week), TV, veranda or garden. Guests have free wifi, playground, barbecue, shared washing machine, parking. Shops and services can be found in the centre of the small town about 2 km away

The price also includes beach service from 26.5 - 8.9 - umbrella + 2 sun loungers on the beach.

Mandatory sojourn tax is payable locally - approx. 0,80 €/person/day for a maximum of 10 days.

Místo se nám velice líbilo. Blízko k pláži, čisté prostředí kolem apartmánu, udržovaná zahrada. Z Mattinaty se dají podnikat výlety do okolí - Vieste, Monte St. Angelo, Manfredonia, výlety lodí - mořské jeskyně, krásný národní park Foresta Umbra. Byli jsme zde už podruhé a určitě bych se zde vrátila zase někdy znovu.
  • Position:
    Pěkná residence blízko moře.
  • Staff:
    Ubytoval nás Ital, který uměl česky, takže jsme se mohli poptat na výlety apod., což jsme ocenili, protože italštinu neovládáme a anglicky s námi při prvním pobytu nikdo nehovořil. Také v blízké restauraci byla slečna hovořící česky, takže objednávání jídla bylo určitě snadnější.

    V komplexu je parkoviště, sprchy, WC, šatna, automaty na nápoje a občerstvení. To jsme ocenili poslední den při opuštění apartmánu, kdy jsme zůstali až do večera na pláži a mohli jsme se umýt na cestu zpět.
  • facilities of apartment:
    Apartmán je čistý, nový nábytek. Menší nevýhodou je, že z kuchyňky vede okno na terasu spolubydlících, taktéž okno z koupelny a WC. Dají se ovšem stáhnout okenice a okno zavřít, takže po dvou dnech jsme si už zvykli. Navíc, kdo netráví v apartmánu celý den, tak to opravdu není problém.
  • Beach:
    Drobné oblázky. Dá se využít soukromá (plážový servis 10 EUR/den nebo zaplatit 50 EUR na týden). Vedle je veřejná pláž, takže si každý může vybrat, co mu vyhovuje. Na pláži je restaurace a bar.
  • Sport and entertainment:
    Na pláži vedle je možno zapůjčit vod. šlapadla.
