Completely renovated in 2013, the smaller Appartamenti Fiore is located in the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro, just 150 metres from the sandy beach. Guests have at their disposal a numbered parking lot (some spaces right next to the residence, the rest in a guarded parking lot about 300 m away), a common laundry room and a lift, there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. All apartments have security doors, safe, microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning, hairdryer, large fridge/freezer, TV and coffee machine
In 2016 a new relax zone was opened - solarium and swimming pool (7x3 m) with hydromassage (the pool is open approximately from mid-May to mid-September). The area with the pool and relax zone is located between the 1st and 2nd floor, accessible only on foot via about 20 steps.
Free WI-FI - one access code for each apartment, another for a fee (this is so called Light Wifi, no downloading/streaming).

In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
