The Sabbiadoro apartment building is in the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro, just 50 metres from the sandy beach. There is a lift for guests, no parking, and a shop on the ground floor. On request wifi available for a fee of 4 €/day, if interested it must be booked at the time of booking (this is so called Light Wifi, no download/streaming).
Small dogs are allowed for a fee of 10 €/day, payable locally.
In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
