Residence Punta dell´Est Lignano Sabbiadoro - Sabbiadoro. The Residence Punta dell'Est with swimming pool (open 1/6 - 10/9) and garden is located right by the beach and very close to the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro. Guests have at their disposal a lift and a numbered parking space for 1 person. car (for type C in the garage, for type L in the parking lot about 800 m from the residence). The apartments have TV, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and now also air conditioning free of charge
Wifi available on request for a fee of 4 €/day, if interested, to be ordered when booking (this is so called Light Wifi, no download/streaming).

Small dogs are allowed for a fee of 15 €/day, payable locally.


In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.


Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).

    Dobře vybavený apartmán, velká kuchyň s mikrovlnnou troubou. Automaticky Vám dají ovladač od klimatizace za 25 euro. Snad jen nevýhodou u velkého apartmánu je umístění klimatizace u vchodu,takže se chladný vzduch hůře dostává do vzdálených pokojů. Matoucí je foto, ze kterého je vidět východ z apartmánů na terasu-jedná se o východ ze dvou pokojů /jednoho dvou a jednoho třílůžkového/, dále z obývacího pokoje a kuchyně.l Jeden třílůžkový pokoj východ na terasu nemá a na moře je vidět pouze z okna.

    Dobře upravená, snad nevýhodou by mohlo být, že sousedí se psí pláží, která je ovšem vzorně udržovaná a oddělená od ostatních pláží.

    K dispozici bazén, otevřen od 8:30 do 19:00, čistý a teplý. Vodní svět ve středisku super vybavený a sousedí s dalším zábavným parkem + další dva zábavné parky pro menší děti.
