Residence Punta dell´Est Lignano Sabbiadoro - Sabbiadoro. The Residence Punta dell'Est with swimming pool (open 1/6 - 10/9) and garden is located right by the beach and very close to the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro. Guests have at their disposal a lift and a numbered parking space for 1 person. car (for type C in the garage, for type L in the parking lot about 800 m from the residence). The apartments have TV, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and now also air conditioning free of charge
Wifi available on request for a fee of 4 €/day, if interested, to be ordered when booking (this is so called Light Wifi, no download/streaming).

Small dogs are allowed for a fee of 15 €/day, payable locally.


In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.


Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).

    Rezidencia staršia, ale určite neurazí a nepokazí dovolenku, výhodou je veľký čistý bazén

    Postele trošku nepohodlné, ale nič hrozne. Chýbala len rýchlovarná kanvica . Inak vybavenie postačujúce.
  • Beach:
    Pláž pri apartmáne menšia, trošku menej udržiavaná. Chodili sme na pláž č.3. Je to len kúsok.
  • Board:
    Ceny v obchodoch a reštauráciach sú prijateľné. Veľký výber morských jedál.
