Lignano Riviera is a quiet and green part of Lignano Sabbiadoro, located on the western edge, at the mouth of the Tagliamento River. This area differs from the busier Sabbiadoro by its peaceful environment, surrounded by pine forests and large gardens. The beach here is wide, with fine golden sand, and offers plenty of space to relax. Lignano Riviera is an ideal destination for families with children and those looking for a quieter atmosphere. Accommodation is mainly smaller villas and apartment houses, while many will also enjoy the very popular campsite Pino Mare Village. This campsite offers accommodation in beautiful mobile homes almost directly on the beach. An interesting feature is the local marina Marina Uno, where boats and yachts are moored. The area also offers wellness centres, sports facilities such as golf and tennis, and cycling on the surrounding trails. Local restaurants and bars focus on gourmet experiences and Mediterranean cuisine, adding to the atmosphere of tranquillity and elegance.
