The five-storey Condominio Lara Modern is located in the centre of Lido di Jesolo near Piazza Milano, about 50 m from the sandy beach. The apartments are renovated, have TV, air conditioning (on request, for a fee of 50 €/week). There is no reserved parking space for the apartments, parking is possible in the public car park
Approximately from the beginning of June to the beginning of September, beach service is also available - umbrella and two beach chairs.
In the resort of Lido di Jesolo, a residence tax of approx. € 1.00 per day is levied and is compulsory for every person over 12 years of age
Groups of young people must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit - 100 €/person).
