Residence I Cortivi Garda. Residence I Cortivi enjoys a panoramic location in Costermano, about 2.5 km from the centre of Garda and Lake Garda. A small shopping centre, restaurants and pizzerias, a supermarket and a bakery are nearby.
The completely renovated country farmhouse offers accommodation in furnished apartments, all with private entrance and garden, as well as satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, garage parking. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge on arrival, any changes during the stay will be charged
In the large 5000 m2 garden overlooking the lake there is a 16 x 8 m outdoor swimming pool with children's section (open 12/5 - 15/9 depending on weather). Free wifi throughout the residence.

A compulsory residence tax of approximately €0.8/person/day has been introduced in this area, payable locally. The residence is not suitable for youth groups.
