Residence Gianni enjoys a panoramic location 800 metres above Lake Garda and 2 km from the centre of Torri del Benaco. The house has a total of 8 apartments, some on the ground floor with terrace and others on the 1st floor with balcony, all with private entrance and lake view.
The outdoor swimming pool 9 x 4 m, depth 1,5 m, built in 2012, is open from approximately 15.5 to 30.9 (depending on the weather). In addition, garden chairs/beds, garden, parking, wifi, communal barbecue and communal washing machine are available to guests. All apartments have satellite TV, safe, microwave and coffee maker.
New: free linen rental on arrival (possible exchange during your stay for a fee).
A compulsory residence tax of approximately € 0,8/person/day has been introduced in this area, payable locally. The residence is not suitable for youth groups.
Attention - this year the deposit can only be paid by Visa or Mastercard!
