    Bohužel bylo nutné vyměnit celou klimatizační jednotku specializovanou firmou, byla poskytnuta dodatečná sleva.

      dovolená by byla pěkná, kdyby jsme neměli hned od začátku pobytu problém s nefunkční klimatizací. Od prvního dne jsme žádali opravu nebo výměnu (řešili jsme jak s italskou agenturou, tak i s českou Italieonline). Přestože nám každý den bylo přislíbeno, že "dnes" přijde technik a pořeší to, nikdy nepřišel. Takže jsme až do posledního dne neustále urgovali. Nakonec pán dorazil poslední odpoledne našeho pobytu, takže klimatizaci jsme si užili jednu noc :-(
