Residenza Borghese Nettuno. Residenza Borghese is located in the historic seaside town of Nettuno, about 65 km from Rome. The beach is located right next to the accommodation, beach service available (1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers). There are showers on the beach. Outside the building there is a lift with direct access to the beach.
In the surroundings it is possible to practice water sports or golf (not included, external service). There are numerous remains of Roman villas along the coast, such as the Domus Neroniana.
The 100 m2 accommodation can accommodate up to 7 people. It consists of a living room with double bed, LCD TV, dining room with dining table, kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishes and kettle, a bedroom with two beds and built-in wardrobe, a second bedroom with four beds (bunk bed, two single beds) and two bathrooms. It has a private terrace with panoramic views and a seating area. In the hallway there is a wardrobe with storage space and also a heater.
A small pet can be accommodated on request.
