The complex of terraced villas is located in a quiet part of the resort of Lignano Sabbiadoro, about 900 m from the beach and the centre. Guests have at their disposal a garden, parking and a swimming pool (1/6 - 15/9). Wifi available on request for a fee of 4 €/day, if interested, to be ordered at the time of booking (this is a so-called Light Wifi, no download/streaming).
Small dogs are allowed for a fee of 10 €/day, payable locally.
In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
