Condominio Ginestra is located approximately 800 metres from the sandy beach in a quiet location in Lignano Pineta, close to shops and restaurants. For guests there is a numbered parking space and an elevator that runs from the raised ground floor (there are about 10 steps to it).
The apartment is comfortably furnished, with satellite TV, air conditioning, microwave and coffee machine, washing machine and large fridge-freezer.
On request, wifi is available for a fee of 4 €/day, in case of interest it must be ordered when booking (this is the so-called Light Wifi, no download/streaming).
Accommodation with small dogs (max. 20 kg) allowed for a fee of 10 €/day, payable locally.
