Grado - also known as Isola del Sole (Sunny Island) - is a seaside resort with renowned spas in the northern part of Italy - Friuli Venezia Giulia. It is situated on the main island connected by a causeway to the mainland and on the adjacent islets in the bay of Laguna di Grado at the upper edge of the Adriatic Sea.
