The brand new (2022) and prestigious residence with 16 apartments is located just a few steps from the coastal promenade, the lagoon and the center of Lignana Sabbiadoro. All the apartments are spacious, modernly furnished, equipped with every comfort and have a large terrace. From the apartments on the upper floors there are magnificent panoramic views of the Marano and Grado lagoons and the Adriatic Sea. In all accommodation units the following services are available free of charge: wi-fi, numbered uncovered parking space, microwave, dishwasher, TV, air conditioning, heating, security door, laundry room (washing machine and coin dryer), iron and ironing board.
Apartments C2-6, C3-6, D-7 and D1-7 have panoramic views and apartments C1-6 have a private garden.

Linen and towels are free on arrival (exchange during longer stays at a charge), to be requested from the agency on arrival.
