The seven-storey Residence Verde is located in the central part of Lignano Sabbiadoro, just 50 metres from the sandy beach and close to restaurants and shops. All apartments are nicely furnished and equipped with security door, TV Sat, safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, microwave and coffee machine. The residence has a lift, a shared washing machine and a dedicated parking space for each apartment (for a private car, not SUV or bigger)

Small dogs are allowed for a fee of 15 €/day, payable locally.
In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
