Villa Pineta Castagneto Carducci. Villa Pineta is located in Marina di Castagneto Carducci, approximately 200 metres from the beach. The villa has two floors - on the first floor there is the apartment Azalea with an area of approximately 100 m2 + 50 m2 terrace, on the ground floor there are apartments Bouganville and Camelia with an area of about 50 m2. Each apartment has its own garden, barbecue and parking space. The newly available Iris apartment with air conditioning (1 EUR/KW) is located on the floor above the Azalea apartment.
Heating is available for a fee: 2 €/hour in Camelia and Bougainvillea apartments, 3 €/hour in Azalea and 1 €/KW in Iris apartment.
The apartments are non-smoking and there is a mandatory waste sorting required, in case of violation the deposit is forfeited.
