The small private villa Alba with only four apartments is located in a quiet area of the resort of Lignano Pineta, about 600 m from the beach and 400 m from the town centre. Guests have at their disposal a large fenced garden and parking. On request, wifi is available for a fee of 4 €/day, in case of interest it must be ordered at the time of booking (this is the so-called Light Wifi, no download/streaming).
Small dogs are allowed for a fee of 10 €/day, payable locally.
In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
