Residence Verdemare Lignano Sabbiadoro - Riviera. Residence Verdemare is approximately 300 metres from the sandy beach in the green resort of Lignano Pineta, close to the centre. There are shops, bars, ice cream parlours and pizzerias nearby. There is a lift, outdoor parking and a shared garden.
From mid-May to mid-September, the price also includes beach service for each apartment.

Stay with the small dog is allowed for the fee 50€, payable on the spot.

Byli jsme v Lignanu již poněkolikáté, pokaždé v trochu jiné lokalitě, ale dovolená vždy splnila naše očekávání a nikdy jsme se nesetkali s žádným problémem.

  • Position:
    Optimální poloha mezi dvěma centry - Riviera a Pineta. Přestože je dům v podstatě na hlavní ulici Corso delle Nazioni, je zde klid, neboť celá část Lignano Riviera je klidná a méně frekventovaná než ostatní části Lignana. Rovněž rozumná vzdálenost na pláž s možností jit přes park, takže i v horkém dni je cesta v pohodě snesitelná.
  • Staff:
    Za celou dobu jsme se setkali pouze s personálem agentury při check-inu, vše proběhlo bez sebemenšího problému.

    Apartmánový dům není nijak luxusní, zejména jeho suterén, kterým se prochází ze zadního parkoviště je lehce zanedbaný. Ale jinak je vše čisté a fungující.

    Vybavení apartmánu odpovídá popisu. Není stejně jako celý dům nijak luxusní, ale odpovídá ceně a nám vyhovoval. Výborná byla nadstandardně velká lodžie s výhledem do zeleně.
  • Beach:
    Pláž je stejně jako v celé oblasti písčitá a vhodná zejména pro rodiny s menšími dětmi. Plážový servis a další služby (sprchy, WC, občerstvení) jsou bez problémů.
  • Sport and entertainment:
    Lignano poskytuje poměrně velké množství možností a záleží na každém, co si zvolí. Měli jsme s sebou kola a cyklostezky podél lagun, případně podél řeky Tagliamento do vnitrozemí jsou nenáročné a celkem zajímavé. V Bibione jsme absolvovali zajímavou Bike&Cayak exkurzi s průvodcem po přírodním parku Val Grande - lze doporučit. V centrální části Pineta i Sabbiadoro konají večer různé koncerty, takže i kulturní nadšenci si mohou přijít na své.
  • Board:
    Stravovali jsme se "vlastním" silami z místních zdrojů. Dobrá pizza za rozumnou cenu je dostupná prakticky vždy a všude, u některých restaurací se večer tvoří fronty, takže je třeba s tím počítat.
