Built in 2009, the modern, elegant Residence Sky with lift is located right in the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro and just 80 metres from the sandy beach. All apartments are comfortably furnished, have security doors, TV, air conditioning/heating, safe, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, large fridge/freezer, hairdryer, coffee machine and 1 numbered parking space (in the garage or in the car park). Free WI-FI - one access code for each apartment, another for a fee (this is so called Light Wifi, no download/streaming).
Small dogs are allowed for a fee of 10 €/day, payable locally.
In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
